What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards. For repeat purchases or when required, we can establish a credit account (this may take up to 5 business days).

Do you offer discounts?

Each item on our website is listed at a competitive price. We can occasionally give additional discounts for large quantities and higher dollar amount carts.

Can I apply for tax exemption status?

Yes! We have a tax exemption form here. Please fill out all fields and submit the required forms. We will verify all information and then notify you of approval status.

Can you help with thread identification for an existing fitting?

We sure can! We will need pictures and measurements of the existing fitting and any notes regarding the fitting gasket or thread tape. Email all details to: sales@volunteerindustrial.com

What is the country of origin for your products?

Since we represent a variety of manufacturers, we cannot offer a broad country of origin for all products. We can offer a country of origin certificate when required for each order. If this is needed, please notify us when placing your order.

Are MTRs available for your products?

Most of our products can have MTRs shipped/emailed free of charge. A few of our manufacturers do charge a slight fee for an MTR. Please note: MTR is required when placing your order.

Do you have rental equipment?

Yes! We offer rentals on our Ralston pump kits, tubing benders, and bench top benders.

Is a PTFE or metal hose appropriate for my application?

We rely heavily on our manufacturer’s expertise for hose selections. Generally, PTFE hoses are good for most positive pressure fluids under 400F temperature. Metal hoses are good for high temperatures, vacuum, or all stainless systems.

What is a typical ball valve application?

Ball valves are typically used for on/off applications. They can isolate equipment safely and easily.

What does NPT thread mean?

National Pipe Tapered Thread. NPT is the most widely used and commonly known thread in the USA. It is sealed by using thread tape or pipe dope.
