Shipping policy

A. SHIPPING DETAILS:

• Standard Shipping: We’ll do our best to ship your items by the date mentioned in your order confirmation, using our usual packaging and shipping methods. We’re not responsible for any delays or damage that may occur during shipping.

B. PARTIAL SHIPMENTS:

• Flexibility in Shipping: Your order may occasionally be shipped in parts. Each shipment counts as its own sale, and you’ll need to pay for the items as they are shipped, whether it’s a full or partial delivery.

C. QUANTITY VERIFICATION:

• What We Record: The amount of goods we list as sent from our location will be taken as correct when you receive them, unless you can prove otherwise.

D. DELIVERY COSTS:

• How We Handle Freight Charges: We usually cover the shipping costs up front and choose the carrier (PP&A). These charges will be added to your bill at the time of invoicing.
