RETURN POLICY AND HANDLING NONCONFORMING GOODS
A. INSPECTION AND ACCEPTANCE OF GOODS
Inspection Period: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to inspect the goods.
Acceptance: If no issues are reported in writing within the 14-day inspection window, the goods will be deemed accepted.
Reporting Nonconforming Goods: If the goods received do not conform to the order, you must notify us in writing within the 14-day inspection period. Please include documentation or other evidence demonstrating the issue.
B. RETURN ELIGIBILITY
We accept returns of eligible products within 14 days of delivery. Products must be:

In unused, original condition

In original packaging

Not custom, made-to-order, or final sale items
A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply.
Returns for reasons other than nonconformance (e.g., incorrect ordering) are subject to our approval and may not be accepted.
C. RESOLVING ISSUES WITH NONCONFORMING GOODS
If a product is confirmed to be nonconforming:

We will either replace the item or

Refund the original purchase price, including reasonable return shipping costs
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is deemed defective or incorrect. Replacements will be shipped at our cost.
D. EXCLUSIVE REMEDIES
The remedies described above (replacement or refund) constitute your sole and exclusive remedy for any issues related to nonconforming goods.
Except as described, all sales are final and not eligible for return after acceptance.
